PRODUCER TRAINEESHIP - week 11

Because of confidentiality, I will not describe any projects in much detail. Also, including pictures is somewhat difficult because of this. Instead, I have chosen to document my day-to-day, tasks and learning in the form of lists in which I have collected tasks from each day.


MONDAY 9TH APRIL

- basic stuff
- emails
- putting together a keynote for a presentation
- managing a project: business cards for the client
- hunting for new Malmgård beer bottles (a designer from BOND made the new labels!)
- meeting room prep
- grocery shopping, tidying up at the office
- print house orders / price enquiries
- contact with a client
- got a briefing for an upcoming workshop for which I put together material

TUESDAY 10TH APRIL

- basic stuff
- emails
- sorting out stuff with printing house (problems with the files..)
- benchmarking and collecting image material for an upcoming workshop
- grocery shopping
- updating a keynote presentation
- price enquiries regarding window washing
- Bond renovation meeting scheduling
- invoicing

WEDNESDAY 11TH APRIL

- basic stuff
- emails, emails, emails
- competition submission (gathering all the info and editing it to be suitable for this specific competition)
- Bond renovation meeting (producer in the project, will be working alongside a spatial designer)
- meeting room prep
- phone calls with printing house (-> one project which I was in charge of is now sent off to the print house and in production!)
- invoicing
- learning about social media paid advertisement (sponsored content in LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Adding content to Bond website


THURSDAY 12TH APRIL



- basic stuff
- emails
- invoicing
- new print request -> new price enquiries
- competition submission
- brief meeting with a representative from the window washing company

FRIDAY 13TH APRIL

- basic stuff
- emails
- competition submission
- publication stuff (gathering the required material, editing it to be suitable for this case)
- summer party planning (budget update, schedule update)
- printing house communication
- organising, cleaning and sorting files in Google Drive
